Are you using a Mac? The file is in WMV format and needs an appropriate player. I recommend VLC. It opens a wide range of formats and is available for the Mac. It's a useful tool, especially considering the wide range of file formats one encounters with belching media.

Yup, Macbook Pro. I have VLC for the FTP, so if that'll work, it's dudes :D

The file is a windows media file, and I'm guessing you have a mac since you're using quicktime, but all hope is not lost!
Both of the following links should take you to places to download Flip4Mac, which is the newest "Windows Media Player for Mac." It's freeware, and will let you view the video. It will come in handy in the future, and it will also open up a lot more of the vids on the server.

EDIT:: Erk, didn't see there was a second page to the thread and the problem had already been addressed ;-). Regardless, there's flip if you want it lol.
